Fleming Physical Therapy is a Mobile, Alabama-based clinic focused on helping patients recover from injury, overcome chronic pain, heal after surgery, and return to everyday function. Under the leadership of Beau Fleming, DPT, the practice offers orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehab, manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, one-on-one care, and customized treatment plans.
Project Objectives
The goal was to elevate Fleming PT’s brand and digital footprint so that it clearly communicates the clinic’s values of personalized care, expert treatment, and trust. Specific objectives included:
- Designing a website that’s easy to navigate for both new patients and referral sources, with clear service descriptions and provider information
- Creating a distinct visual identity (logo, look & feel) that reflects professionalism + warmth
- Launching social media channels (Facebook / Instagram) to build local awareness and patient engagement
- Producing marketing materials to support outreach, referral, and patient education
Role and Responsibilities
BrandMatter delivered a full suite of creative and digital services for Fleming Physical Therapy: the new website, the logo and brand identity, social media setup and strategy, and marketing collateral that aligns with the brand’s mission and patient-focused care.
Design & Development Process
- Brand Identity: Developed the logo and visual assets conveying both clinical expertise and personal warmth.
- Website: Built a responsive website optimized for users to find what they need fast – service pages, provider bios, appointment requests, frequently asked questions, clinic info.
- Social Media: Established presence on Facebook & Instagram to share patient stories, clinic updates, educational content, and to drive appointments.
- Marketing Materials: Created print and digital assets (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.) to support local outreach, referrals, and clinic visibility.

Outcomes & Impact
The rebrand and new website sharpened Fleming PT’s identity in Mobile, making it easier for prospective patients and referring providers to understand what sets the practice apart: personalized care, expert leadership, and a compassionate environment. The clinic’s visibility in the community increased. Clearer messaging and more accessible contact paths lowered friction for appointment requests. Social media engagement and local awareness are expected to grow with consistent content and marketing collateral supporting outreach.
