CNB REI GROUP is a Mobile-based real estate investment company focused on helping homeowners sell quickly and stress-free. Founded with family values at its core, the brand stands for Cole, Nolan, and Brooklyn—reflecting a personal, people-first approach to solving real estate challenges.

Project Objectives

Design and Development Process

We started by identifying the emotional drivers behind the brand—compassion, clarity, and speed. After finalizing a strong, bold logo with flexible lockups, we built a site around the tagline “Call Now, We Buy Homes Fast for Cash!” Content strategy focused on trust-building, simple processes, and guiding users based on their specific needs (e.g., sellers vs. investors).
